Privacy Policy

How your information is handled on this website.

This is a working framework. Final language must be reviewed and approved by the business owner and, where appropriate, legal counsel before public launch.

Effective date

This policy applies to information collected through this website. The effective date is the site's current published date.

Our general principle

DJ Aiden Jules collects only the information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, plan services, operate the website, and improve the user experience.

Information you submit through forms

When you use the Contact form, Start Planning form, or Live DJ Assistant, we collect the details you choose to share — including your name, contact information, event details, music preferences, and any notes. Please avoid submitting sensitive data such as government identification, payment card details, passwords, or medical information.

Live DJ Assistant conversations

Messages sent to the assistant are used to organize your inquiry summary. When submission is enabled, the summary is sent to Aiden for review. Assistant conversations are not shared with other visitors and are not used to train external models unless explicitly disclosed and configured.

Uploaded files

If file uploads are enabled, only safe document formats are accepted. Executable files are rejected. Uploaded files are stored securely and used only to plan your event.

Automatically collected technical data

Standard technical data (browser type, device, referring page, timestamps, general location derived from IP) may be collected to operate and secure the site.

Analytics

We may use privacy-aware analytics to understand overall traffic patterns and conversion rates. Analytics data does not include the contents of form submissions, message bodies, or personal identifiers. If a specific analytics tool is configured that requires consent under your jurisdiction, a consent option will be provided.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses essential storage for core functionality (such as saving your planning-form progress on your device). If nonessential cookies are added later, they will be disclosed and, where required, consented to.

How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and questions
  • Plan and coordinate events
  • Communicate about your booking
  • Operate, secure, and improve the site
  • Comply with legal obligations

Service providers

We rely on service providers for hosting, email delivery, form submission handling, analytics, and assistant infrastructure. These providers are contractually restricted to processing information as needed to provide their service. Providers in use will be listed once integrations are finalized.

Data retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal obligations. Locally saved planning-form progress lives on your device and can be cleared from within the form.

Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect information in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information through website forms.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted. You may opt out of any optional communications at any time.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. If an event involves minors, the inquiry should be submitted by a parent, guardian, or authorized organizer.

State or regional rights

Where applicable, you may have additional rights under your state, provincial, or national privacy laws. Contact us to exercise those rights.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
